By accessing and using ZenithFinance Ltd. ("ZenithFinance", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website located at zenithfinance.ltd.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZenithFinance Ltd. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use ZenithFinance. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Users from certain jurisdictions may be restricted from accessing our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of ZenithFinance complies with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

To access certain features of ZenithFinance, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

ZenithFinance offers five investment plans: Platinum Vault, Gold Reserve, Oil & Gas Explorer, Diamond Crown, and ETF Portfolio. Each plan has specific minimum and maximum investment amounts, daily ROI rates, and duration periods as displayed on the platform.

Returns are credited daily to your account balance. Principal is returned at the end of the investment duration. All investments are subject to market risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Deposits can be made via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC20, ERC20, BEP20), or bank transfer. All deposits are subject to blockchain verification with a minimum of 3 confirmations before being credited to your account.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USD. We reserve the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals.

Our referral program offers a 5% lifetime commission on every deposit made by users you refer. Commissions are credited automatically when the referred user's deposit is confirmed on the blockchain.

Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to manipulate the referral system will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of referral earnings.

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the platform; (d) create multiple accounts to manipulate the referral system; (e) engage in money laundering or any other financial crime.

ZenithFinance Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

You acknowledge that commodity investments carry inherent risks, and you are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make. We do not provide financial advice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for suspension may include violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements.
